Can anyone tell me wat this is?

about 6 months ago, i was sick this winter. had a bad cold, i went to the doctor, had some blood test done, and everythign was negitive.now i have swollen lymp nodes in my armpits, my back is swelling up a little bit, but it doesnt hurt. oh also i have geographical tounge, i dont know wats going on. my legs at the knees are also swelling up in the back of them anybody have any idea wat this could be. ill go to the doctor when i get back home, but any idea, could it be early liver tumor, or infection
