Has there ever been a more divisive, bitterly partisan President, than our current Marxist Prez, Barry Soetoro?

I thought Washington DC was due to change. President Obama was supposed to end partisanship and reach out to Republicans. We have learned since the election that hope has failed and Change is just a word. President Bush actually worked with Democrats more than President Obama has. If the Democrats lose power in November it will be interesting how President Obama will change his tactics. Will he continue to campaign and blame the Republicans for all of his failures? Or will he step up and learn to work with others for the good of America?
