Please help me with my art project... ?

I am 12 years old and I am about to leave my middle school (no I know they don't have these in america) to go to high. Before leaving every student does a huge scale project on a chosen theme. I am doing protest art against nuclear bombs and bombings and I have sorted out the plan for most of my picture (I am doing a CND peace symbol and different elements in different parts of it. I have a town - i might do hiroshima but i most probably will convert it into somewhere local to me - before and after a bombing in the two largest sections. And I am filling the actual lines with a collage of related photos, letters, leaflet, badges, newspaper articles, poppies etc etc. Around the outside of my cnd peace sign I have half day, and half night the day inked with words such as 'love, hope, peace...' and the night inked with words like 'hate, anger, war...' Now I need your ideas as to what to do for the small sections... (I quite like drawing people but dont know how that would fit in?) HELP!!
