Endometriosis? Women ONLY?

So TMI and WOMEN only!! Sorry but I really dont have money to go to a doctor right now but I have a question. My last few periods have been really painful and not like cramping, actual pain. And today I had spasms during a bowel movement (so sorry TMI) felt like my uterus and rectum were pulling together, I can honestly say I almost ped out from the pain! The rest of the day I have had the same pulling feeling boarding on pain and discomfort and one time it doubled me over. Is this endometriosis? I have had some ovarian cysts but this is sooo different.
