How can I work around her shyness?

Aries, you must believe this, I was very shy - I mean really horribly shy and if I fancied anyone I was even SHYER. In other words to go red and blush and all that means she is interested, so give her a lot of patience which I rather think you will, it will be worth it, as if she disliked you, she would be able to relate to you. Weird as it sounds, this is true - I went through it, but it took years to undo.
