Why are Lebanese girls so materialistic ?

They wear GOBS of makeup, tweeze their eyebrows into this ugly fake looking arch, wear only the largest size Coco Chanel Sungles, go tanning every day until their skin looks like leather, and look down on anyone who does not drive a hummer. I am QUITE familiar with Dearborn Michigan - home to many of these incredibly shallow non-marriage material types. I don't know why Lebanese guys marry them when they are more into themselves than their relationship to their spouse. If their spouse doesn't give them an SL55, they cancel their marriage at Byblos. They also have an incredibly limited vocabulary which consists of "Wullah", "Habibti", "Like", "Totally", and "Shopping".
