Are there any people who like these 90's rap albums and also like these 00's rap albums?

I do, but your 2000's list isn't that great. From the 2000's my favorites would probably be most of what DOOM's released, Beauty and the Beat by Edan, Late Registration and College Dropout by Kanye, all of Lupe Fiasco's stuff, all of J Dilla's stuff, and many many more. Nowadays you just have to look a bit harder.
