Are tough policies against illegal aliens working?

Arizona laws are working.the problem is the Latinos feel they are being racially discriminated against. most if not all have a vested interest in stopping the enforcement due to family and or relatives being captured. the ones who are captured usually dump the children on the legal Latinos and its becoming more problematic because a lot of them have minimal funds and the added expense of rearing these kids is overwhelming
