Canker Sore ! Help!? It hurts so bad !?

So I have this huge canker sore on the inside of my mouth back where my molers are and it's hard to get to, I was wondering if I take antibiotics will it go away or something? It hurts like crazy especially with the salt and listerine but it's HUGE!
