Your outfielder's and pitching are strong. I would look at picking up another catcher besides I-rod. I think you can find someone else besides him to produce points. Ivan doesn't play all the time because the team is dedicated in developing a younger prospect. I am also unsure of your first baseman. I hope this helps and good luck.
