I am 38 and still single but happy with my life...I never thought I'd end up single...is this normal?

you are free to chose a good life with or without a man, and it is that way, that it seems to me that i have been single longer than my friends, and yet they are going from a second divorce, onto a third relationship, and i wonder ...and you don't want to get involved with a lot of guys to date, because your daughter is a teenager, and a teenager needs their parents around more, whether they are around or not, so if you do feel like it's time to start dating, and when you meet someone you like, that you go out rather than hang out at your house, and if you hang, hang at their house, just a long as you both have cell phones that she can reach you if she needs you, or vice versa...and you are probably ready to change the things you need and want from someone you want in a relationship from time to time as it adapts/adjusts to your lifestyle, and you might just put yourself out there a little more to let people know that you are ready for a serious relationship now, and that you were too busy before, and it will happen sooner, than later..and your never too old..you ain't even reach prime yet! and when you get back out their dating, and not tied down with a child you will understand that pity is not what you need..because their is no need for it, and that you were under the wrong impression about how single people of all ages can enjoy their life if they want too..so, it is only your choice if you chose to be one or not..anything's possible, and their are not age limits when it comes to love, and when you feel yourself ready, the universe just seems to know that, and love finds you..k?
