I'm moving from OK to TX. I'm looking for a family friendly area w/ a low crime rate close to Arlington. Help?

My husband and I are going to start a family soon and will want to move to an area with great schools and a low crime rate. It needs to be pretty close to Arlington. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks!
