Is the cancer coming back?

I had Thyroid Cancer (Papillary Carcinoma) back in 2007 i had a Total Thyroidectomy and lymph node removal after that I had the radioactive iodine pill, I never when back for fallow ups I had my obgyn prescribe my thyroid pills since I was Pregnant and just had the baby, anyway my question is: everytime I get mad or stress I feel a weird sensation in my throat, like pressure or like something is stock in there could that be the cancer coming back?? I know I should go see a doctor but I dont have insurance and cant afford it at the moment.
