Pain every so often in bottom right of stomach area?
All your symptoms show that you're lacking the B-vitamins... seriously, google to see for yourself. For instance a deficiency in vitamin B3 and vitamin B6 causes nausea (a deficiency in vitamin B6 also causes dizziness/light headed). A deficiency in vitamin B12 (and zinc) causes low stomach acid (which isn't a good thing!) and low stomach acids can cause your stomach to become painful... and then there are other B-vitamins that you seem not to lack. it's common for people to be deficient in the B-vitamins (because if you're low in one of them, you're most like low in most of them, because all the B-vitamins "work together" - they help eachother get absorbed into the body, if that makes sense? so make sure you get your B-vitamins!! you can always get your nutrient levels checked out by the doctor/nurse. they will take a blood test to see if you're low in any of them. you might want to take a vitamin B-complex supplement (it's like a multivitamin, but only has the B-vitamins in them, like vitamin B12, vitamin B6, vitamin B3, etc..).
