My puppy is sick...any advice?

i took my puppy to the vet today and turns out she canine parvovirus. =[ vet said she has a 50/50 chance of living. he gave her two shots and antibiotics. and she still seems to not want to eat or drink any fluids whats so ever! vet said i could try to give her Gerber and pedialite and yet she has not ate nothing or drank nothing in like two days. i DONT want her to die. so any advice...PLZ & THANKS...
