Pok�mon Team Help?

why does your porygon Z and your slaking have only 6hp? what the hell! your party is pretty good but dont use dusknoir. your gallade is slow but buy some carbos at veilstone department store. can you tell me how do you get a porygon????? i have an up-grade and a dubious disc but i cant find a porygon. hope this helps :)
