What is the viable response to a breach in improper employee conduct or abuse when you are not the victim?
i got a delicate matter at work concerning inner office relations between fellow employees. my curiosity is a matter of interference and if i have a right to file a formal complaint outside my office concerning a troubling situation that i myself was not the victim of, merely a witness to. a complaint has been formally declared but i fear that this said person will loose their job as a result of political maneuvering, and that the aggressor has a higher rank (which as far as i have read is doubly damning). this will make it the second time in less than 6 months that such a situation concerning the high ranking official has come to a head, but resolved nothing. at some point i feel my person may be at risk... to over reacting to what is considered "harmless horsing around". i also fear repricussions of a monatary sort taking its toll on my company, and as i am a loyal employee don't want that to happen, but from a moral stand point i can't sit calmly while someone is being rail road for not taking kindly to such a clear violation of personal safety.
