Who else has heard of the Reptilian conspiracy?

According to some dude named David Icke and other theorists out there, a race of Reptilians are the true power behind the worlds governments and industry. These Reptilians, disguised as Humans, were actually the beings who "engineered" Sapiens to be their laborers in the fields and mines. Humans rebelled violently and the Reptilians faded into the background for millenia. But now they are reemerging as the New World Order. Supposedly many of the world's politicians and celebrities are either affiliated with them or are Reptilians themselves. Anyone else hear of this...belief? Personally, I find it intriguing but otherwise silly.
